Semiconductor: 15 years in US for government contracted researches in Integrated Circuits, on a series of silicon-vision, neural network algorithm, EDA tools for IC designs and engineering consulting. With a startup, led team development of a configurable heterogeneous multicore DSP for embedded VLIW processing.

In a Swiss partnership since 2019, constructed a portfolio of AI IoE (next-gen IOT) applications based on a dedicated engineering platform, on which first two products are Low Altitude Regional Aerial Mobility Administration System (RAMAS) and a Pulse Imagery Wristband for vital/diagnosis via Chinese Medical Knowledge systems via Tele-med and Cloud AI.

General Aviation: involved through developments of Swiss rotorcraft inventions (Marenco SH09, now Leonardo AW09, 2.5-ton Class helicopter) and the new Marenco M12/M22 3.5-ton Class, a hybrid-power helicopter series, LeviationTech eVTOL series, Eagle Series heavy-load aUAV, and AIEC Regional Aerial Mobility Addministration System (RAMAS).

Martin Stuchi

An inventor with 30+ patents of modern rotorcraft. Developed rugged vehicle, invented and built major drivetrain components and dedicated test benches, and helicopter assembly tooling, built a wind tunnel for 1:14 helicopter models, also Heli International magazine’s owner, chief editor and publisher. A skilled helicopter pilot with commercial operation license.

His Air Service business provides licensed aircraft maintenances, pilot training and technician training . The company has been operating the Mollis Airfield facilities under long-term contract by Swiss government.

Designed and led the company prototyping for an advanced 2.5T Utility Helicopter SH09 (CEO and Chief Designer of MSH 2009-2017) by successfully raising venture capital. He contributed and enriched his Swiss engineering resources, developing a complete supply chain. The company and its HS09 was acquired by Leonardo Group (USD180M 2018-2021), becoming WA09 of the top-3 helicopter provider (announced 2023). Martin Stucki delivered so-far the only startup design and prototype that was acquired by a Top-5 Helicopter company and become the latter’s frontier product.

Project Scientist
Mika Nyström, PhD  

Nyström is a design consultant with world-class expertise in asynchronous circuit inventions and design methodology and microprocessor architecture, modeling and programming. He teaches computer programming at Caltech (CA) and is co-inventor and co-founder of Generation Capital (London, UK), a stock daily-training trading software company.
Mika received his PhD in computer science from Caltech, where he also did his post-doctoral research. His MS in Mathematics degree was received from MIT. A small aircraft pilot, engineer and a world traveler, Mika is fluent and familiar with several European languages.
Dr. Nyström in 2005 came to Beijing with Jin Luo for collaborations with Tsinghua University to initiate an Async China program led by Prof. Henry Chen Hong Yi, the former head of the Tsinghua Microelectronics Institute. The project was for asynchronous low-power micro-controller for medical implant applications. The project was sponsored by Beijing Municipal Commission of Science and Technology. Since then he lectured multiple occasions in Async China program, made connections with China’s education community in the subject.
Dr. Nyström works for Intel for many years since Caltech-origin Fulcrum Microsystem was acquired by Intel in 2011. He continuously teach at University of Southern California for Event-driven Logic designs, and heads Education Sector of ASYNC Symposium. He is a Swedish citizen and a US permanent resident, travels between Los Angeles, Seattle and Europe.

Maria Gangemi, Esq.

Maria utilizes her extensive legal background to assist FTC and its clients in all phases of FTC projects.
An American dispute-resolution and corporate problem-solving attorney, she calls upon a broad-ranging background in legal practices encompassing negotiation, counseling, discovery, motion practice, all phases of litigation, mediation and arbitration in order to develop and implement creative approaches to business and legal challenges.
Maria graduated cum laude in the field of linguistics from Harvard University in 2003. She received her J.D. in 2006 from the University of Southern California, where she was a member of the editorial board of USC’s Review of Law and Women’s Studies/Review of Law and Social Justice.
Maria was admitted to the California bar in 2006 and began her legal career with three years at the Los Angeles office of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton. Also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and in California’s Central, Northern, Southern and Eastern federal district courts, she is sitting for the New York bar in 2011. Her expertise in United States corporate law and Western business methods facilitates FTC’s international business practice.
Gangemi is the Attorney and Owner of Law Office of Maria J. Gangemi in Findlay and Dublin, OH.

Jian Li

Jian-li(1)

Jian Li is in charge of FTC’s administration, also occasionally supervises China field operations. Jian Li received BA in English Language BA in Beijing, and a foundation oil painting art, a training grogram in Guangzhou.  She Worked totally 20 years in Chinese Academy of Sciences Microbiology Institute, as a drawing technician for plant and fungi collections of the institute; meanwhile for 10 years she was the sole editor and press staff of the Institute’s limited-circulation academic journal (An International Publication of Systematic and Evolutionary Studies on Lichenized and Non-Lichenized Fungi, Oomycetes and Gymnomycetes). She immigrated to the States in 1990’s.
