Brief History:
FTC Global LLC (Los Angeles, CA is an international consulting entity, established by Jin Luo in 2013;
This was after he co-founded and operated Paragon IC Solutions, Inc. a China CIDC EDA joint venture (Newport Beach and Beijing) and General Circuits LLC (Los Angeles and Beijing) in 2003, which later was merged by Vivace Semiconductor, Inc. (Boston, Rochester and Beijing) under a US VC in 2006.
Luo’s consulting business started with part-time for Marenco Swisshelicopter AG (Zurich) under a Swiss VC in 2010 and Pheromonicin Biotech Ltd. (Beijing and Los Angeles) under a US PE in 2012.
